Description
Russell Horton is a lieutenant for Harvey 'Two Face' Dent (here: fav.me/dbcwpae ) He's a former police biker who likewise suffered loss to Gothams criminal underworld. He was fired after beating the perp to death with his bare hands. When Harvey went off the rails he sympathized and joined him in his crusade.
