You know - I kinda will allow myself to step up and say what I think we see here.
It is striking and in the same time quite logical to see how image of police as social force has considerably changed with times.
And how subconsciously changed perception of this force from what supposed to be a protective into aggressive, fear-inducing force.
Lizard-like and yet in the same quite humanoid shapes could be taken very symbolical - what once was intended as human/society friendly force now became something cold, something unfamiliar and distant.
We see oppressive, predatory, militarized, alien by nature to us police force.
I love this image. It has catched what could be called Spirit Of Time.
Maybe an artist indirectly picked this moment subconsciously or otherwise.
Mirror to nowadays, I guess.
And that is great by itself - when artists mirror world around then.
