Hey guys I'm back again after publishing Rows 1 and 2 of Psycho Man chapter 15 part 1. Took me 3 months to get additional 18 pages done since April 16th, 2021. So let's continue where we left off, shall we? Good.

As the fight continues taking place in the abandon train yard on willington acres, exit 167. The mino-wraths were disoriented from the impact of the trains by Psycho-Man's TK maneuver. As they get out of the cars they all remain vigilant with the "slice of advice" from the Minotaur about both of Psyche and ET's limitless power. Just than waves of blue aura phase through three of the mino-wraths (T, Gord and Picasso) leaving them by surprise. But suddenly the waves were actually blades that instantly cross slice the three in two with fountains of blood running and their bodies collapse as well as the mount rail crane collapses after the TK blade phases the thing, too. What a calamity. Mino-Roy, who has survive the slash with his body in tacked witnessing Psyche consuming more soul of his former comrades for more energy. Roy with his new monster appearance and abilities still hasn't change his personality of being a spoiled brat who has conational love for his van and is determine to avenge "Sherry". So what did he resort to? Attack Psyche by surprise from above with his signature move back from Chapter 13. Roy throws rapid punches as he lands on his hooves but are nolified by Psyche who catches and deflects the blows with TK. While deflecting punches it got Psyche very nostalgic about the time his alter-ego Michael Albatross as a little kid mimicking the anime move performed by Luffy did when watching "one piece". And was taunted for being a "crybaby" when doing it. Keep in mind Psyche does not want to be confused with his real-name while he's not fighting crime in his costume. Anyway he decided to adapt that move Roy unleashed and not from his childhood. Psyche named his new move after another place from Capital City. "Matthew road rally multi psycho fists" Which was from a race car rally Michael went to see a race. Anyway the version Psyche unleash is much more destructive than Roy's fist of rain. In super sonic speed and powerful the TK blows are phasing Roy like crazy and intensely crushing. Speaking of crushing; Psyche's Multi psycho fists had raise the tempo to much that he's pulverizing Roy into a gushy mess. Many of Roy's pulp and blood are all over the ditch leaving his soul floating waiting to nourish Psyche for more power. Than Psyche makes a quip of how he "ground a spoil little pissant" until he gets grabs from behind for the millionth time. Yep, Mino-Starhead wants a piece of Psyche for killing his comrades. Even telling him had he didn't "Pay for his face" (an equivalent to eggs on a plate). Psyche than reply that he just like his "Face" well done, to which mino-starhead was confused. Psyche than unleased another move named after another part of Capital City where a power station is operated for supplying electricity all over town. He yells "Blanka sub-station, Psycho thunder" A powerful concentrated charge flows onto mino-starhead being used as an insulator. Basically being fried as you can see his skeletal structure. Also that Psyche named after was a move named after Blanka's move from Street fighter. And that's it for row 3. it's now up the reader to predict what's happening next.
