YYH was my first anime too! Like five years ago I bought this japanese version-subbed-by-chinese-who-think-they-know-English. It's so awful, Hiei and Kurama's name are constantly swapped in the subtitles XD!
Kurama really rules, he's one of the best characters around even if the series is old! I like you drew him as a guy and not some ultra-girly boy, those have become so stereotype. Go Kurama!!
