Ooh, fun fact: the statue of liberty is made of copper, so it was a bronze color when France originally built it in America. The statue is green now because of oxidation (chemicals in the air form a green sort of film...lots of science stuff I can't explain).

They do a great roast beef... And fries, we call them 'French fries' for some reason, but the way Americans do them is after England... England also does some pretty awesome cheeses, the big culinary cruelty comes in when you get to the vegetables. The English absolutely *murder* vegetables. It's horrifying.

Taking something that's made of saturated fat and topping it with more saturated fat...
