Also was it heigh mapped image or 3d model that you sent them to make into coin?

Yes, that's right. No they don't need 3d file. Just vector or raster will do. You will have to email them for a quote.

Ahh thats great thank you! One last question before i email them. Can they make only 1 or 2 piece? Many sites i found only take a minimum of 50 or 100.
And also if the price is not so good for me can i cancel the quote?
Oh oh and raster art:
- should it be shaded to show where i want it to be flat (like the brances with color fill on this coin) and where it should come above the surface (like the dragon here), aaand those tiny dots too, should i draw them too?
- And if i have color should i color it too on the design?
Sorry for the lot of questions i am really noob at things like that and i want to make sure i do everything right!

No, it will be way too expensive to have only one or two pieces. This is because they make the metal mold for making the coin and that itself costs a couple hundred or more. The minimum is probably around 100 pieces.
yes, just shade it so that it looks 3 dimensional. And yes to the Color as well. It is enamel and every color adds to the costs, so the lesser the colors the cheaper it is.

I would order 100 but i have not much audience on my main dA to be able to sell them.

I think some people try Kickstarter. Or maybe if you can link your coin design to something popular like D&D? Actually, these coins are originally used for geocaching. Itβs sort of a treasure hunting game. You can google geocaching coins and there are a lot of shops with many different designs!
