Looks great! I love to see that feathered dinosaurs are getting more popular these days, since for many dinosaur species such as raptors, we know for certain they had feathers due to feather imprints and such being found on them, and a lot of people seem unwilling to accept that fact, so it's cool to see regular not-sciency art featuring feathers as well.
Really good work on the background shading too, it creates a nice distance while at the same time being less contrasted so the foreground stands out more.

I see what you mean now, but I think it's not the artist's fault. It's just that in general media, you don't tend to see accurate dinosaurs. This art is just a fantasy piece though.
