thank you all for all the Skyrim comments.this is not Skyrim fanart, though the horse is based on Boris the mountain climbing, dragon-killing horse.
the story i had in my mind when i did this was :
the girl's sword is forged from the otherworldly metal of the alien seed, which is why it is glowing the same blue. now she has returned to it to...(i don't know) XD

You know, there needs to be more fantasy stories involving aliens. Like, what we mistake for magic is in fact alien technology or something.

Every picture doesn't need a big story, and I think this is just great. Simple and curious to leave more thoughts to the viewer.
I think it's very nicely done. It looks alien alike and her sword too looks with the glow. Though I think it could be more distinct that they have a connection. I love that there's a clear focus from the two to the thing. I can't be the only one to wonder what happens when she gets closer, am I?

I think this has a better "feel" and more realistic use of colors than Seed 2. Some lighting, either in the clouds, rays of sunshine on the ground, or from the seed would help make this a more epic piece. There is some emanating from the seed but it's too dulled down and muted.

i love the crud out of this. and i need you to know that i'ts better than anything i can do right now. but the strap under the horses body has to be further forward otherwise they feel like they are being suffocated and you don't get as good a grip with the saddle.

Awesome drawing and i don't know if ya ever played Final Fantasy X, but the alien seed you drew reminds me of the giant 'seed-like' things in FFX that turn into sin spawn

That's actually a very interesting concept. Mixing Sci-Fi with Fantasy so that Fantasy people are experiencing Sci-Fi aliens and stuff... I actually really love the idea of it! You can bet I'm going to be thinking about this all day, now! Excellent work!!
