Okay, I have questions xD
1. What gave you the idea to give him muzzles as feet?
2. Is there an in-universe explanation for his muzzle feet?
3. Can his feet talk? Do they have tongues?
4. I saw in another comment that you said that his feet don't need to breath as long as his head does, but he can breath with his feet, right?
If so, could he make a handstand underwater and stay like that far longer than anybody else because his feet are still in the air?
I must say his feet are a bit creepy to me (though any kind of additional holes on the body are xD) but I am also really fascinated by the concept.

1. Some time ago I was browsing art and I found a picture with muzzle feet. I thought it looks unusual and cute and wanted to give them to my character.

3. Yes, they can talk and have tongues. If you want, you can find some stupid sketches with them in my scraps folder.

When I was designing this character, I wanted him to have one mouth. Some time later I found picture with muzzle feet and I wanted to give them to my character.
So no, I didn't consider any more muzzles.

He don't have toes. When he stretches, his feet usually yawn.
When he wants to stand on his "toes", his muzzle feet bend between mouth and heel, it should look like this:

Wait, so, your persona has operable mouths and noses as feet? What happens if a rock gets in the shoes, or said shoes are especially smelly?

Yes, my sona can eat, drink,Β breathe and feel the smell using his muzzle feet. He have collapsible esophagus's in legs so if he bends his knee too much, it will be impossible to do so.Β
If a rock gets into the shoes, the same thing happens - discomfort and a desire to get rid of rock.
If shoes are especially smelly, my persona decides to don't wear it. But his muzzle feet don't needs to breathe, if head can do it, so it isn't a big problem.Β Β°α΄Β°
