In my Soul Magica universe, Nagisa turns into Charlotte because her Soul Gem gets tainted (witches donβt usually come from PMs in that universe), and when Charlotte is beaten, she splits into two beings. Maybe this could be Charlotteβs human form.

I think the only problem with this Puella Magi form for Charlotte is the human name you gave her. Since it has been revealed that the name of Kyoko's kid sister was Momo. But other than that, I really like how colorful and bright this design is. It suits her nicely.

I don't know, they could be using different Katakana. And Touhou has two characters named Rin. I would let this slide.

The other reason it's an issue is because Charlotte's canon human name is Nagisa Momoe. So, there's that, too.

Based on Sayaka's witch as well as Mami, Kyoko (they appear in a game), it doesn't seem like they bear all that much resemblance to the their original self. Especially not the outfits. (Just a random observation don't take it as an insult or anything >.>)
