Inspired by Tyson Murphy's amazing paintovers of scenes from animation, I decided to try one myself. I'm quite happy with the result and I will certainly be doing more of these.

I watched The Secret of Nimh recently and instantly fell in love with Mrs. Brisby. She's such a sweet mom-type character, you can't help but root for her the whole time. This is when she reads Nicodemus' tome and discovers the secret of NIMH. Also, Nicodemus is probably the funnest name to say out loud.

Nickodeemus. Nick-o-deemus.

Mrs. Brisby and The Secret of NIMH belong to Aurora Productions and Don Bluth Productions. I do not own anything and I am a simple peasant.
