First of all, I must say, this must be the most cutest, the most prettiest, and the greatest Pinkie Pie cosplay ever. I really love the hair and the wig! They make you look so adorable! And the balloon(is it a clip if I may ask?) goes with it too.
Secondly, your outfit. The shirt and the necklace are perfect. Out comes your inner Pinkie Pie. :aw:

I love this picture, and I love all the precise details in it. It is very bright and lovely, and the little touch of the pinkie pie toy is adorable.
The hair is a little bright and hard to look at, but it's very fitting.
The makeup is also perfect. The necklace is awesome too, I would love to see an up-close version of it. And the ears? Oh my goodness. The ears. So. Cute. Just lovely.
I really hope to see more of this, and see the other mane 6 characters like this. Keep up the amazing work, Sandman! /)^u^(\
