Sandman is actually the photographer. The cosplayer, Kicka cosplay, likely made this from scratch. It's a lot more work, but also a lot more rewarding when you learn to make your own costumes. Also, you can't buy original costumes like this online quite often....you can only find "pop-culture" cosplays
