It's a great place for photography. My husband and I wandered back to check out the historical Cow Camp, even though it was closed at the time. I was impressed with the efforts at recreating the 1800 time period, and would like to go back when the cracker cowboys are telling their stories.

Wow, I learn something new!
I like to go to the park in fall-winter, probably that's why I miss all this activities 
Plus, I like to go in the late afternoon almost at closing time.

I think that the camp opens in October, will check the Florida State Park website to see if I'm right. I definitely wouldn't mind going back when it's cooler !
