as it says Vikh is a Southern Shi'an, they're infamous for eating smaller Shi'ani races (which is all of them)
there's always been a feud between Shi'ans but an even greater hate towards the Southern race, they're like the secluded bullies that hate everyone including their own kind, they also have the worst dialect and no other Shi'ani race can understand them...
Vikh however left Shi'an a long time ago before the war and doesn't give a shit about their "politics" or anything do do with the planet
Fun fact: the Voronithallian goddess of death is depicted as a Southern Shi'an
