Do you know of any spiritual/magical meanings of lemurs? I need to come up with a card description and I'm at a bit of a loss. I know they are family oriented and matriarchial.

I know that "Lemur" comes from "Lemures" in Latin which is “spirits of the night.
And that some folks think of them as a bad omen.

But as a spirit guide, they're supposed to help with navigation and knowledge of the forests.

They're also connected to the theory of the Lemurian continent, but that's a big ol mess to get into, lol
