Description
Here is a Darth Revan picture I've done for the Undercity Fanzine cover.It is one of my first experiments with my tablet, so, I think it actually ended up pretty well.
Attention: This is a Fan Art piece. I do not take any profit from it as Star Wars does not belong to me, nor any of its characters, places, or other elements.
Knights of the Old Republic's Darth Revan belongs to Lucasfilm, Ltd. - LucasArts - and Bioware.

One thing that I love about Revan is that he became the Dark Lord out of necessity to prevent a greater evil like Darth Traya said to the Jedi Exile. His tactical ingenuity earned him respect from the Mandalorians during the Mandalorian Wars. More so was the fact that during the Jedi Civil War, Revan intended to save the Republic like capturing or sparing planets that were of great importance rather than starting from scratch. In my opinion, the Jedi Council should take a more proactive role in galactic affairs rather sit on their butts and do while millions suffered during the Mandalorian Wars. In my opinion had Malek not fire on Revan's ship, Revan would have won the Jedi Civil War.

I had the same thing going through my head.
In fact, had Malek challenged Revan for the title of Dark Lord of the Sith, Revan would still win. He was more powerful than Malek hence the reason why Revan was the Sith Master. A duel between them would be like the duel on the Star Forge in Knights of The Old Republic, one of the best games out there.

Boy do I agree with you there, on both points. KOTOR II wasn't nearly as good but still thoroughly enjoyable, it's hard to live up to the shocking plot twist in KOTOR, which I still believe is the best plot twist in any video game EVER.
Another thing I liked is that it gave us such a freedom with Revan's character. 'Who is Darth Revan?' We get a basic (and extremely badass) look and some info here and there but the majority of Revan's character is up to interpretation, which makes him relatable to ANYONE, anywhere. What is established, however, is that Revan is ridiculously powerful.
...and then SWTOR came along, and when I saw the cinematic trailers I was blown away, but the game was so disappointing. I did build off of where KOTOR and KOTOR II left off and build a great story but in the end I just thought the game wasn't nearly as good as its cinematic trailers. Of course, Revan is in that game, but he's... a bit different. The fact that THE FUCKING REVAN is in the game at all made my day, and I thought his look was fine too, but I despised his story, and the expansion pack Shadow of Revan was so damn terrible I refuse to acknowledge it. They just threw his character around until he was... well it's hard to explain and I've babbled enough. Point being, Darth Revan is my favorite Star Wars character in any time and in any place.

I also liked the way he punished Darth Malek after his apprentice bombed Carth Onasi's home world. He fucking cut off Malek's lower jaw. That's one of the worst ways to be punished besides being turned into ash by Force lightning, strangled from a Force choke or driven mad by Sith magic.

absolutely,but even if we followed the DS ending,Revan still abandons his sith empire,when he has no longer to fear about with his empire,the star forge and bastila, 1 year later,leaving his sith empire to be fought on to rule,and the republic used this mess to destroy the star forge and nearly all of the 'Infinite Fleet',TOR and Revan Book even destroyed Revan's efforts,since he's imprisoned and 300 years passed,so Revan never saw his friends again,netheir bastila and his son,
HK-47 reprogrammed,T3-M4(best astro droid ever) destroyed by a lame copy of the sith emperor from episode 5,Kotor 3 i've heard was supposed to be the exile search for revan,shortly after finding him,they go back and prepare the galaxy for the showdown against the TRUE sith Empire,not that shit we see in tor.
with all party members from Kotor 1-2 returning it would have been much epic.

Another great picture. Revan's badass alongside Darth Vader and one of the few who is able to wield both sides of the Force. He ties with Darth Vader as being my favorite Star Wars character.

About the little white box in the middle of the image, it's silly and unnecessary, but when I did this I was still quite the beginner and didn't truly realize that, unfortunately.
Seriously, I only haven't moved this one to the scrapbook yet because it has so many favs...

Dude...seriously...you need to do a Bastila Pic with these same art tools! Or a Darth Revan and Bastila pic! Still with Revan NOT showing his face and Bas right beside him or some way to show them as a couple!
