Tallyhawk! From the 80's cartoon series "Silverhawks" comes Steelheart. It looks like a little more than her face and right arm were grafted onto her cyborg body. I know at least two people will be happy to see this one
The question is; is she getting ready to pull down her face shield and fly off or did she just pull it back and she's planning to stick around for a bit?

Admittedly, I'm not much of an 80's cartoon fan but it's a nice design. Perhaps her feet were intact when getting a cyborg body.
