I can't say I've watched the anime, but after looking up a few pictures of barasuishou (Huzzah for Google!) I have to say that I think this looks just like the character.
I love the ruffled fabric around her neck and the detail on the rose.

I'm not familiar with this character at all, so I don't know how true it is to the reference your using; but I can't imagine the original being anymore detailed and beautiful than this! I really admire the way you used different tones in shading, and how clean and sharp your lines are; it gives it elegance and a VERY professional feel. :]
Overall, very stunning. I wish I knew more/had more experience to give some critiques, but all I can say is you're right to say it's almost perfect.
If you don't mind, I'd like to ask a couple questions. First off, what sort of pencils and other tools( if there are others) do you use? And secondly, how long have you been drawing??

shes is a lovely rozen maiden
but the questions
1-tools-just a mechanical pencil and a pencil eraser
2- how a make cleaning draws and the time- i dont like very much to make a lot of traces, i try to make perfect in the first time and later i adjust to be more perfect this way i donΒ΄t make a lot of unnecessary lines.
and i draw 3 years but is just draw the best way you can that you will improve your draws very quick

1- Wow, I can't believe you only use a mechanical pencil! It makes sense though, now that I think about it. The mech pencil stays sharp all the time, so you get more exact and clear lines. I'll have to try that soon.
2- Ahh, yes. I try to do that. It's hard to get everything just how I want it...but I guess it'll come with practice.
Haha well hopefully, in 3 years, I can draw like you! But that's really not that long at all, I'm impressed.
