With pristine form overseen and ensured by her ruthless coaches, Ellie grinds out the reps of her latest gruelling challenge. Thick ropes hang in a row from one end of the room to another. There's a stack of dense weight plates on the side when she starts from, and Ellie begins by taking one and climbing the first rope one handed. Once at the top, she'll crunch her abs to hold an l-sit and perform five one-armed pullups with each arm, holding the weight between her ankles to pass it between each hand. Ellie climbs back down, and moves onto the next rope without touching the ground to repeat the process. Her target is to move every plate from the stack to the opposite side of the room without touching the ground.

This will make up roughly an hour of her entire day of almost non-stop training.

The golden collar sealed firmly about her neck separates her from all but the most exceptional students of the Athena Athletic Academy. The gleaming metal is a symbol of her overwhelming strength, grit and determination that outstrips even world class athletes. It's proof that she can accomplish feats that would break the body or mind of near every single one of the girls who, like her spend their lives obsessively training to move up the Academy ranks. Ellie's life is committed to training and getting stronger, more refined, skilful, disciplined - and she adores it.
