When I opened my eyes, it was immediately apparent that there was something strange going on. It was seven AM, light was barely coming in through my window, and Charlotte was already here, head in her hands, sitting on the side of my bed.

"Charlotte?" I asked as I strained to turn over, shakily putting a hand on her shoulder. I was still getting used to being able to move again, my muscles tense and finicky.

"Oh, you're finally up..." I heard her say quietly as she looked over at me, and I noticed she had heavy bags under her eyes.

"What's going on?" I asked as I put my hand on her shoulder. She looked at me, then sighed and turned away.

"There's something I need to tell you..." She said as she continued to stare at the floor, putting her hand over mine.

"Yeah Char?"

"...I'm not going to be here anymore..." She mumbled as she held my hand tighter and rested her head lightly on it.

I couldn't respond. I just stared at her in confusion as I felt her rub her cheek against my hand.

"I'm getting transferred. There's another hospital a few cities away that need me for my specialties... So I won't be here anymore..." She explained. I froze dead on the spot.

"You're leaving...?" I asked quietly as I couldn't help but feel teary eyed. I wiped my eyes with great difficulty, and put my arms around her.

"Yeah... I have to..." She said as she lightly embraced me back, being careful not to pressure my joints.

"...You're leaving me...?" I asked, to which she nodded. I heard her sniffling as she embraced me tighter.

"Again... I don't want to but I h-have to..." She stammered as I felt her nuzzling into my neck, "I wanted to be here when you woke up so I could tell you..."

I could only hug her tighter, I was struggling to respond. I really felt a special connection with Charlotte, more than I think I'd ever felt before with anyone. Now she was just up and going right as we were building that bond, and there was nothing that could be done about it. At least, nothing to my knowledge.

"Is there nothing we can do...?" I asked as I looked her in the eyes, and saw she was crying.

"Not that I can think of... I dunno why this is so hard... I've had hundreds of patients in the past but I've never felt this... Connection with anyone else..." She said as I saw her tilt her head down in sadness.

"I wish I was able to walk... I'd come with you..." I murmured against her as I petted her back.

"...Wait..." She said as I heard her sniffle. She moved back out of the hug and wiped her eyes with the back of her arm.

"Charlotte?" I asked, my voice straining as I tried not to cry.

"...T-THERE IS A WAY!" She exclaimed as I winced. I couldn't cover my ears in time, and as such they were left ringing quietly.

Suddenly, Charlotte got up and ran out the door. I was left alone in the dark room, a few small beams of sunlight coming in through the window as I sat, waiting for her to come back. It was a moment for quiet contemplation, and I couldn't stop thinking about something she said. What she had said about having had hundreds of patients before but never this connection... That had to be proof there was something special between us right?

She came running back in, faint tear tracks on her cheeks as she sat down beside me and handed me a page. What stood out immediately were three signature spaces on the bottom of the page. One was for 'applicable medical professional', which was signed by Charlotte, and another was for 'Consent of hospital director', which was signed as well. The only one left blank was labelled 'Patient consent'.

"Charlotte... What is this?" I asked her as I looked up from the page, and saw her looking at me teary-eyed, but, to my surprise, smiling.

"In essence," She began to explain as she scooted closer to me, "It's a contract that states a patient requiring a specific specialist can be taken under their care, until they heal completely, if the use of that specialist is required often and on short notice. If you sign this... It means you could come with me, and I could care for you as your physical therapist..."

"It's a good thing you didn't offer to be my emotional therapist..." I chuckled as I wiped my eyes, and smiled as I saw her chuckle as well.

"So t-think about it, and-"

"There," I said as I handed her back the document, now with my signature on it.

"Huh?! A-already?!" She asked loudly, and took the document from me. She stared down at it in bewilderment.

"Why would I need to think about it? I don't have anything here... Or anyone for that matter... I'm not about to lose you... Not now, not ever..." I shook my head, her lip quivering.

"Well then... C-c-come on... Let's go..." She said as she got up, lifting me up into my wheelchair.

"Wait, now?!" I asked as she began pushing me through the hallways.

"Y-yeah..." She said as she brought me out to the exit. "I've got to get there before 4 PM... I knew in advance..."

"You waited until now to tell me...?"

"I thought there was nothing I could do... I wanted to make our last bit of time together meaningful..." She said as the automatic doors opened, and I felt the first bit of fresh air on my skin that I'd had in a very long time.

"I understand Char... Wow... I practically forgot there was a whole world out here..." I said as I looked around and took in the environment.

"I could only imagine..." She said as she brought me to a little minivan in the corner of the parking lot, and helped me in the passenger seat before getting into the driver's seat. "Do you need anything? Are you sure about this...?"

"I'm more sure about this than I've been about anything else in my life." I nodded to her, chuckling as she smiled back and shut the door.

PPPPPPRRRMMMMMRMMRPRPPFRRMMPRRTTTTT

She sighed as she revved the car, her butt roaring with the engine into the fabric of the seat. The stench of shit and hot sewage began to float through the car as I shakily covered my nose. Sure, I'd been around Charlotte's gas but never in an enclosed space like this. She blushed hard as she rolled down a window and wafted some gas out.

"Well now I'm not so sure," I joked as she blushed and smiled to me, beaming wider than I'd ever seen her grin before. I rolled down my window. I heard the backdoor open, and someone got in the back seat.

I looked back and saw the nurse from the other day buckling herself in, placing a suitcase on the seat next to her.

"Ready Natalie?" Charlotte asked as she looked at Natalie in the rear-view mirror.

"As I'll ever be..." Natalie anxiously smiled to Charlotte in the mirror and gave a meek thumbs up.

"You can say that again..." Charlotte said for the three of us, as she pressed down on the gas and began the drive.

"How long is this gonna take?" I asked Charlotte, who paused and glanced at her phone.

"Three hours," Charlotte said defeatedly as she grumpily returned to watching the road.

"Oh wow... So... If we've got time..." I said as I glanced back at Natalie. "You're coming too?"

Natalie nodded quickly, as she twiddled her fingers slightly. "Yeah I'm a specialist for a certain type of magnetic scanning technology so... I agreed to come too... On the plus side... I still won't be too far away from my daughter..."

"You've got a daughter?" I asked as I tried my best to twist back to look at her.

"Mhm... I love her dearly... My sweet Kristi..." Natalie said quietly as she looked out the window.

"She sounds nice," I said as I chuckled quietly. "You got any Char?"

"You know I don't..." Charlotte grumbled as she clutched the steering wheel a bit tighter.

"You know I'm joking." I laughed quietly and watched Charlotte blush.

We continued driving, listening to the radio and chatting on occasion, and it was a surprisingly peaceful ride up until around a third of the way there. It started off with a quiet grunt, and a warm odor that began floating around the car.

"Jeez Char" I winced as I fanned my nose and cracked a window slightly. "That smells..." I began as I took a little sniff and pinched my nose shut, "Eggier than normal..."

"T-that's cause... It wasn't her..." Natalie spoke up, as I glanced back at her and saw that she was blushing brightly and trembling.

"Oh, that was you Natalie?" I asked as I loosened my grip on my nose slightly, feeling a bit ashamed that I immediately singled out Charlotte.

"...M-mhm..." She responded quietly, with Charlotte shooting me a bit of a 'fuck off' glare.

"Sorry Char... I'm just not used to other girls doing that around me..." I explained as Charlotte softened and nodded without taking her eyes off of the road.

"Yeah I know... Don't worry about it..." She said as her nose twitched slightly when it caught wind of Nat's wind.

To be fair the scent wasn't like Charlotte's. Charlotte's were deep and imposing, they smelled like hot sewage and an overturned outhouse. Sometimes they smelled like shit when she had to go, or coffee when she'd drank coffee, et cetera... It's embarrassing I know that much about her digestive process. This was sharp and spicy, like hot eggs gone bad, and mixed with burning garbage. It really wasn't like Char's at all. I'm just so used to Charlotte ripping ass around me.

"Can we pull over soon?" Natalie asked bashfully as she looked around and cracked her window slightly to let in some fresh air, "I'm hungry..."

"There's a burger place up ahead according to my phone" Charlotte said, glancing at the screen.

"I can go for a burger," Natalie smiled slightly as Charlotte took a turn off of the road and down onto a side trail, which led to an interesting looking establishment.

I'd never really seen a place built like it. It was made almost entirely out of reinforced glass around the walls, and the roof came to a point like a cone with a motorized burger spinning up top.

Charlotte lifted me up and put me in my chair, rolling me across the paved gravel towards the restaurant. I couldn't even take my eyes off the building, though that's probably what they intended. It just looked so ridiculous I really needed to go inside and try and get a grasp of the place.

Natalie trotted close behind us as we all entered the restaurant. I had expected that familiar rush of cold AC I'd get walking from the warm outside into a restaurant, but I could hardly tell the difference. I wasn't sure why until I looked to the side and saw a sign reading 'AC out of order, please open a window' with a winking face at the end.

"Clever..." Charlotte mumbled sarcastically as Natalie cocked her head in confusion before realizing the joke was that the whole building was made of glass.

Charlotte brought us up to the counter, and the two girls made their orders while I stared at the cars on the distant motorway. They zoomed by, gleaming in the light of the sun on the grassy backdrop. It had been so long since I had been outside. In fact, how long had it been since I had been outside?

"Hey... Hey... Hey!" Charlotte patted my face as I looked up, and saw the cashier staring at me, waiting expectantly.

"Do you want anything?" Natalie asked as I scanned over the menu quickly.

"Nah, I'm not really hungry, thanks" I said as Charlotte shrugged and took out her wallet to pay for the meal. While she paid, Natalie leaned against the counter, before wincing and jumping back upon realizing the sunlight coming through the glass had heated the surface to a burning degree

"So..." Charlotte began while sliding into a plastic booth seat, squeaking from how hot it was.

"Yeah?"

"I feel like I'm gonna be cooked alive..." Charlotte grumbled, looking over to me. "We're really doing this, huh?"

"I have no doubts about it," I responded, smiling to her, which caused her to smile back and blush slightly.

"You know I'm going to be busy most of the time though, right?" She asked as I paused, before I nodded in understanding.

"I get it Char, you don't have to worry about me," I said, before I saw Charlotte's eyes widen slightly while looking out the window.

"What is it?" I asked as I peered out the window as well.

"See that tower in the distance?" She asked me while staring out across a large open field.

"Yeah?" I responded after a second of squinting hard to try and find the tower she was talking about, only to see a tiny dot of a building over the horizon.

"That's our destination..." Charlotte sighed defeatedly as she folded her arms on the table and rest her head in her arms.

"Jeez, that's really far away..." I sighed as well, petting her hair softly to comfort her.

"Food." Natalie said simply as she put the tray down in front of us and smiled.

"It doesn't look bad..." Charlotte said quietly as she picked up her burger and peeled the bun back gently, examining the meat closely.

"You think they cook it on the counters when people aren't looking?" I asked as the two girls chuckled slightly, taking a bite out of their respective burgers.

"Mmmm!" Natalie exclaimed as she chewed, "It's good!"

"Yeah it... It is..." Charlotte said in surprise as she continued chewing her burger.

It was like this for the rest of the time we sat there, silence that was occasionally broken by the odd exclamation of surprise that the food was 'actually pretty good'. When it was all done, Natalie and Charlotte were all full, slumped back in their seats, groaning with a hand on their bloated, puffy stomachs.

"Mmmmmmm... Gooood..." Natalie groaned as she strained to stand up, then hooked an arm around Charlotte's to help pull her up as well. There was an uncomfortable peeling noise from below Charlotte as she was helped up, the heat from the seat making her sweat which lightly stuck her to the seat.

We began to head out of the building, the girls stumbling slightly as the cashier just smirked and held out a little plastic tip box, which Natalie, moving like she was intoxicated, dropped a couple coins into and stumbled out.

Charlotte helped me back into the minivan, and put the chair in the back, as Natalie slinked into the back seat.

"Air conditioning..." Natalie groaned as Charlotte dropped in, the car shaking slightly as she seemed a bit heftier than before.

Charlotte nodded groggily in response and turned the air conditioner on full after starting up the car, the cool air blowing against our overheated bodies like slipping into an ice bath. She pulled out of the lot and headed back down the side road before pulling onto the main road once again. "We're halfway there..." She said quietly as she turned on the GPS.

"Living on a prayer?" I joked as Natalie and Charlotte both groaned in response, which caused me to chuckle. "Sorry, sorry, I couldn't help myself."

The drive from there was fairly uneventful, with both girls being stuffed with food, bloated, and clearly drowsy. Natalie was sprawled out across the seats in the back, one of her legs hanging down off the seat and another up over the top of the seat. Her legs were spread with her ass pointed up at the window.

I looked back when I heard her squeak lightly, and saw her wincing, both hands holding her shirt collar up over her nose. Her eyes slowly scrolled over to meet mine as her face reddened. "C'you... Could you?..."

"What?" I asked, watching her gesture over to the window, before scrambling to pull her shirt back over her nose when it started to slip down.

"Oh... GOD!" Charlotte exclaimed as her face twitched and the car swerved slightly for a moment. It was only a few moments after Charlotte's little outburst that I began to understand the situation. It started with a sweltering heat, like we were back in the restaurant once again, even through the blasting AC. Then came an odor that started off weak, but quickly grew in power the more I sniffed. It started off garbage-like, like you were walking by a garbage truck making its run. Then came the stink of sulphur and meat, a rotten, gone bad beef odor that was undercut with the most putrid scent of rotten eggs I'd ever, and probably would ever smell.

"That was meeee..." Natalie said shamefully as she groaned and covered her face.

"Are you carrying a skunk in your suitcase or something?" I asked as Natalie shook her head, her sweaty hair rustling against the seat. "That's horrible..." I murmured, opening her window and looking back to see her clothes rippling in the wind.

pssssssssshhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh~...

I heard a faint hissing over the sound of the air rushing through the open window at our speed, Natalie's ass leaking out a steady stream of foul gas directed at the open window, creating what was probably, by the time it came to an airy end, a mile long trail of the nastiest gas I'd ever smelled.

"Okay..." Charlotte mumbled while staring out the window, "I can't hold this anymore..."

I gripped the seat as Charlotte began changing lanes, pulling over on the side of the road as she hopped out and stumbled off into the small forest that ran along the edge of the road.

"Wait for me!" Natalie exclaimed as she pulled herself up with a groan, hopping out of the car to clumsily run after Charlotte. I was... Really hoping they weren't doing what I think they were doing. I sat there for a few minutes in silence, before eventually there was a rustling in the foliage, and the girls emerged, drenched with sweat. Both were shirtless, Charlotte with her shirt tied around her waist and Natalie simply holding hers in her hand.

They silently climbed back in the car, and, after Charlotte passed some hand sanitizer between her and Natalie, began driving. I looked between them after picking up on a warm, moist odor wafting around the van. "Did you guys-"

"Yes..." Charlotte said, blushing hard, "We did exactly what you think we did..."

"I feel so much lighter..." Natalie mumbled as she lay down across the seats.

It became apparent to me that both of their previously puffy stomachs had gone down by a significant degree, especially Charlotte's. Charlotte's ass was emanating a dirty odor, like an unclean barn in the summertime, though it was fairly faint. She had probably wiped with a leaf or something, because I knew how potent her dumps could get.

"Oh thank god we're finally here..." Charlotte sighed in relief as we passed the sign marking entry into the town, driving for about ten minutes through before parking at a large cabin near the outskirts of the town. Natalie and Charlotte unloaded their luggage onto a trolley, and brought me into the lobby. The two of them walked up to the desk and signed in, getting keys as we began going down a hallway lined with doors. Eventually, we reached our rooms, Natalie waving goodbye to us and going into the room next to ours.

It was a fairly nice room, with a view of the expansive forests and hills, a single, large bed, a television, and another connected room with a living room-esque vibe to it. Of course there was a bathroom as well, which Charlotte immediately ducked into as I heard a loud rumble.

PROOOOOORRMMMMPRPRPRRTTT

Charlotte's ass roared from behind the bathroom door as she let out a loud, audible groan that rang out through the room. Her thick, shitty stench floated in the room from under the door as I fanned my nose and smiled. So this is where I'd be living for a while. It wasn't bad, even if I'd have to live with her-

BBRROROOOOORRMMPRPRSKKRRMMPRTTT

-Explosive ass. It was going to be quite the experience, and I pulled myself onto the bed and began to drift off before realizing something.

There was only one bed.
