Did I ever tell anyone here that the TTG hatebase has made me grow out of Teen Titans?Now I'm sure you're going to say this is likely satirical, and I can respect that, but even so, I just wish I could go back in time and stop Cartoon Network from broadcasting the show so that this doesn't happen. We would likely live in a better world. Hell, Teen Titans wasn't that good when I looked back.

I WILL, however, say that people who rant and rave on it should get off their fat asses, get a job, and maybe the closest thing to a significant other because this constant search for a cartoon punching bag needs to come to an immediate halt ASAP so that the cartoon community can be taken more seriously because it's merely a kids' show, and while I understand that there are kids' shows with outstanding writing that appeals to adults, I'd also like to point out that we should let kids' shows be as they are: kids' shows because it's as TV Tropes said IIRC: "It's not supposed to win Oscars."

Honestly, the biggest problem with TTG isn't even a problem with the show itself. Β It's the fucking horrible scheduling. Β If they actually aired the other shows, TTG would get less hate. Β It's gotten pretty bad (it started out mediocre but underwent the seasonal rot most shows go through in ten seasons, over the course of its first, probably due to the fact that they put out over 100 episodes in one season) and that seems to be a reflection of the writers' "make it stupid" philosophy, so it would still get hate, but it wouldn't be oversaturated enough that hating TTG is at the forefront of every discussion regarding Cartoon Network. Β It's like they're actively setting the show up to be hated at every single step.
