So I wanted an eeveelution with a green shiny, and I wanted Vision to be the only Espeon, so here’s Jolteon Bruce and Hulk.So I thought about how team rocket did all this stuff and created a shiny Gyarados, so shinies can be created so I thought maybe the Hulk could be like an altered shiny jolteon
