Description
It was a dark stormy day in the middle of the summer on the african savannah two male lions paced outside the entrance to their den. A father and son waited as a cub was born.

Sayturo: son you must calm yourself stress is not good for you
Tasburi: father i can't that's my wife in there having our cub our future king or queen how can i be calm at a time like this???

the old king sighed and looked at his worried son

Sayturo: you know that cub will be healthy and strong like you and myself you must remain calm or the shaman will not let you in the den when the time comes.

Tasburi took a few deep breathes and calmed himself very soon after the shaman came out of the den followed by Tasburi's mother

Shaman: You may enter the den now and they are healthy you are one lucky father my king.
Tasburi: They what do you mean they?
Shaman: You have a son and a daughter my king two healthy cubs

With that the shaman leaves the den area and heads home. Tasburi and Sayturo enter the den where they meet the cubs the female is a lovely creamy brown girl with caramel eyes the boy however red solid red like a demon or blood Tasburi was furious

Tasburi: WHAT IS THIS DEMON YOU HAVE GIVEN ME KALLERA!!!! HE IS A MONSTER AND THEREFORE NOT MY SON I HAVE NO SON

Kallera nodded and knew that if she wanted her son to live she needed him to leave and go somewhere safe. Tasburi stormed out of the den in a rage his father following suit

Sayturo: Tasburi how dare you call that cub my grandson a demon monster he is YOUR SON!!
Tasburi: NO FATHER HE IS NOT A KING SHOULD NOT BE THE COLOR OF BLOOD OF ANGER OF HATE HE IS A MONSTER HE WILL BE NOTHING BUT EVIL HE MUST DIE OR BE TAKEN AWAY!!!!!!!

Tasburi stood shocked that his own son would kill his own grandson with a heavy heart he walked back into the den and headed over to Kallera.

Sayturo: i tried my dear he will not listen it is best to give him a name and let me take him somewhere safe where he will be raised in love and kindness.

Kallera cried if only he was brown like her daughter Tasburi would not have been mad and she would be keeping them both.

Kallera: his name is Damu it means blood but you must not let his name mean anything but be his name may he grow into a strong adult and find love and may he not have a temper like his father.

Sayturo nodded in agreement he went to her and picked up the cub he then left the den and took him far away where he would be safe and never know of his past his sister his father's hatred towards him. Thus his life would begin..
