If you were going for iconic characters, the argument can go either way about who's out of place.
I guess you could say Bloodborne Hunter set and Sekiro are out of place because they're not at the center of focus of the composition.
Honestly, you could've used Eileen and the Princess (?. I haven't played it) respectively.

Cool picture, but I think Solaire is a bit out of place here. The rest of the characters are protagonists, so Dark Souls could be better represented by a dude wearing the Elite Knight set.

I think Solaire's armor is more iconic than the Elite Knight set and
that Ostrava from Demon's Souls already gives off the same feel.
