I definitely would balance it. Some people do prefer socks to see, but I personally prefer bare feet, and there also are people sharing my view. So in order to make everyone happy, you should just take one picture with socks and one without, so you would offer two variations.
And as usually, great picture! I wonder if they had a smell to them, they definitely look like that.
