It took me forever to figure out what to put on this before settling on a minimalist design (at least for me XD)
Since it is after 3 in the morning when I am uploading this, I will be adding all of the specific details later, so for now this is what I have for ya'll

BACKSTORY
Childhood: WIP for now, but somewhere in there Sophie gets raped by her father and it causes Autumn to surface in her mind.
Adolescence/Teens: Sophie and Kathy went into foster care, where they finally felt they had escaped the hell-hole that was their old life. It took a while for them to know what it was like to actually feel "normal" but they tried their best to do so and to heal. They went to a different high school, but didn't really socialize much. They mostly focused on their grades. Sophie did make one close friend named Kelsey, who was in training to join the police force. After a few years, Kathy went off to college, leaving Sophie separated from her sister for the first time. Just a few weeks after Kathy left, Sophie went out into the woods near her foster family's summer home and ventured a little too far. This is where she first encountered Slenderman. At first, she wasn't able to look away, as she had fallen victim to the paralyzing fear that often occurred when someone stared at the Slender being. As he made his way closer to her, Autumn forced Sophie to switch with her, gaining control and running in the other direction. For the next few years after, Sophie and Autumn struggled to keep their cool while being stalked by the Slenderman. The stalking eventually didn't bother them and they more or less got used to it. But their sanity was once again tested when he knocked Sophie unconscious one day during the summer prior to freshman year of college. When she woke up, she was upside down, her legs impaled on the branches of a tree in the middle of the woods. With encouragement from Autumn, she managed to struggle her way off the tree and frantically hobbled and then crawled her way out of the forest. She was found and sent to the hospital, making a swift recovery. After this, Slenderman seemed to have disappeared from her life. She started college, which just so happened to be the same college Kelsey was attending, and started what she perceived to be another new life.
Adulthood: She only made it through most of her freshman year at college. While walking back to her dorm, she saw Kelsey being attacked be a local gang (since the college was in the city). She paused, unsure of what to do, before Autumn took over and started fighting against the gang members. The gang got the upper hand on her and seriously injured her, leaving her with knife wounds on the left side of her face (over her eye), on her throat, and on her chest. Although serious, the injuries miraculously did not kill her as they either weren't deep enough or barely missed vital organs. She was again taken to the hospital and started her healing process. A few days later, everything seemed to be ok until the hospital caught fire. She was trapped on the third floor, the entrance to her room blocked off by flames and debris. She tried to get out but moved too harshly, causing the wounds in her chest to reopen. Specifically, her lung had been punctured and began filling with blood, choking her. As she started to lose consciousness, the last thing she recalled seeing was a dark figure (Slenderman) standing in front of her.
When she regained consciousness, her injuries had healed, leaving some nasty scars behind, and she was on a bed in a darkened room. She quickly noticed that she could no longer hear Autumn's voice inside her head, meaning that, for the first time in almost a decade, she was alone. The room that she had woken up in was one of many bedrooms in the Slender Mansion (yes I am doing the Mansion version of this universe XD). From here on out, Sophie discovered that the stalking and the one attack by Slenderman had all been a part of his "test" to determine if she would be fit to become one of his Proxies. Understandably, she initially rebels against the idea. I'm a little fuzzy on how this will play out, but I think almost immediately after she wakes up in the mansion, she enters a room with a lot of people in it and her mind is bombarded with voices. She cant shut them out, it hurts, and she panics, causing her to run from the mansion and into the woods where there's no people, and that will be the introduction to her telepathy ability. From then on, part of her "training" to become a proxy is her learning how to control her telepathy as well as her Slender-walking ability that develops a little bit later.
Eventually she finally agrees on being a proxy, saying that she's got nothing to lose/she's never really had any kind of purpose or whatever. When she was ready, her first kill was the gang members that attacked her and then her birth mother. It was this killing spree that "initiated" her.
From then on, lots of fun things happen, lots of bad things happen, and plenty of boring things happen! XD

FACTS/TRIVIA
-Originally, Sophie and Autumn were merged after her initiation as a proxy, but when Sophie went through punishment for disobeying Slenderman's orders, Autumn re-surfaced gained her own abilities.
-Sophie chose a pipe as her main weapon because she used one when first fighting the gang members.
-Sophie was never told why Slenderman "saved" her, and since he has mental abilities that are significantly stronger than hers, she can't find out for herself by reading him.
-Sophie does not experience Slender Sickness due to Autumn unconsciously repelling the symptoms.
-When starting out as a proxy, Sophie did not really appreciate hunting innocent people and tried to limit her targets to crime bosses and gangs in the city. However, since becoming used to her new life, she has since broadened her horizons and considers hunting innocents "target practice."
-It is unknown as to why Sophie has abilities of her own besides Slender-walking, but the theory is that she got them because she was meant to be Autumn's next incarnation

I personally am not a fan of Slender Mansion as many think it´s a happy family, despite being killers (Yes, killers can be friendly people, but not the “we eat popcorn together an all that Jazz)”. But from reading, you portray the Slender Mansion as something where proxies are disciplined and would actually fear Slender Man because they get punished. That´s nice to see. I am not sure, if Listener rebelled because you know she got almost killed by him and so doesn´t trust a thing that literally tried to kill her, even if it was a test. I don´t know, it might be.
Design wise, it fits for a typical city. She wouldn´t raise suspicion with that. Since her hunting area isn´t in the woods, boots are not necessary. No complaints.
And including rape in the story is a quite a tricky thing to add. Sophia needs to be established and work without making the incident make a person feel bad about her. And most importantly, not only be used to give her disorders. Yes, rape has a different effect. But most importantly it influences her until the end. I am not sure, if Slender Mansion has a therapist. But if they don´t, it can get the worst out of her, not only making another personality surface, Sophia herself is influenced. If Sophia did go to therapy to cope before she became a proxy, it might be good idea to add it in her bio.
It might sound twisted, but there is also the potential, she might prefer older men, as it happened in her childhood. Children are then in higher risk to either tend to turn into abusers or become attracted to abusers. It gives you the chance that she easily breaks down and gives in once punished or abused. As a natural reaction, despite her personality disorder. And her second personality could be an abuser, not only a sadist, because that is the most familiar method she knows how to protect herself. She would become a loyal follower and a loyal ally to other proxies, almost as if she is brainwashed. Like she is trapped in another cycle, she isn´t aware of.
She can be suffering under Stockholm Syndrome. They say Slender Man saved her, but Slender Man put her in the situation in the first place. She almost died because of Slender Man. Becoming protective and kind to fellow proxies, is a logical outcome. And it would be a possibility of how Slender Man chooses his proxies. Strong members who are easily to manipulate. That way I can see her past working. And her fear about potentially hurting her fellow friends is then completely justified because she might fall in a situation where she can´t differ between friend and foe. Nobody is actually treating her psychological problems. The rest with her telepathy powers are then new results of that. What you wrote what she does after is nice, but the middle part needs work. I dunno, you can throw that idea out of the window, if it doesn´t fit. Or you already had that in mind.
I am mentioning it, as the personality needs to be more fleshed out since you´re going in the route where you want to show your character´s traits. And not relying on the “ the monster in the closet which nobody know how their personality is”. . It´s not bad what you have at this moment. But it needs to show how Sophia gets influenced by the various events and develops. And I see much potential in her story. Please keep working on her!
I don´t know how the proxy brotherhood works. I always believe, there is one shithead that takes advantage of the others and pulls the strings around. I mean at some point, somebody in the brotherhood is a shithead and takes advantage of the whole ordeal that Slender Man only cares for more working puppets. Or am I wrong? How do you display Slender Man and the Mansion? How does it work? How does the brotherhood function?
I will keep on rambling, if it keeps on. Yes, you have a nice character and the idea is interesting. But she needs more details on how she actually behaves and why she behaves like thid. You have many events where she can be potentially influenced and create character dynamics with others like with her sister or friend later on, but it´s not completely used and it can become more dramatic when correctly used. . I just really like drama. I hope, I could help.

Okay, pretty cool, however, may I recommend changing the hoodie into a zip-up sweater. That way she can hide the knives easily in public without arousing suspicion and then just unzip it when the hunting a victim.

Not a bad idea, however when she is out in public, she actually doesn't have her knives with her. Plus, I have considered having her wear a zip up jacket, but I concluded that a hoodie was a better choice, simply because zippers can get caught on things.
