This is a character who is the main character in a new story I started. Pretty much it goes like this:

Sora is an ordinary teen girl except for a few things. One: She has white, unruly hair that reaches down to her thighs. Two: Her temper can make any adult cry after being alone with her for 5 minutes. Three: She plays with dolls...?
Actually, Sora isn't a human at all. She is the daughter of the Grim Reaper and Goddaughter of Satan, the Prince of Hell himself. In other words, a demon. Sora is only 627 years old (about 16-17 in human years), close to the big 666 when she will be an adult. Her powers include the ability to play as a puppeteer, making humans move to the movement of her fingers; the act of suicide, homicide or just plain crazy all have her involvement. Even with all this power, Sora still acts like any adolescent. She complains that her dad works too much, she isn't allowed to go to all the awesome parties and she wants her 666th birthday to be the bomb!
Only one problem... she's grounded. What's the worse her father do? Banish her for 20 years to planet Earth into a city full of stupid, annoying, stubborn, humans: Phoenix, Arizona, U.S.A. of course. At least she can handle the heat easy enough.
Sora, upon being grounded, was issued two metal bands that goes around arms above the elbow. It's made out of the same metal as her father's scythe so it can never be destroyed. The band seals in most of her powers but her Godfather told her dad to ease up a bit and allow her to have at least her puppeteer powers.
Now, Sora has to endure the life of a human for 20 years. She has to go to high school, try to make friends, maybe take some anger management classes and avoid amateur demon hunters and exorcists who think she is just a lowly demon spirit who overshadowed a random girl's body.
Together, with her puppet-dolls who harbor wandering spirits and a self-announced guy friend who can handle being in her presence longer than most, she will get through this stupid grounding even if it kills her.
