This is Illaria. She's a very important Character in my story, but initially starts off as a one scene character. In the second story she plays a much more important role and of course, may have a relationship with another character...

I don't want to spoil much about my story so I'll keep her info basic. Illaria is heavily infused with magic (About 20% of her being is made of magic), but that's not the reason her eyes glow.

While again I don't want to reveal too much, Illaria once had green regular eyes. Because of some circumstance of some kind, she had her eyes burn out and the goddess Malphosia replaced them and infused her with power.

She's smoking her own modified version of Cerdal (Cerdal is solidified magic created for non magic users to treat shock).
