This would be my audition for a Code Lyoko ACC battle being held by . You can see the details all over here in his journal. [link]

Name: Cyrus Alexander Cervantes
Age: 15
Weapon Info: Cyrus weapons consist of a scythe and his speed. He generally considers himself Lyoko's personal grim reaper. Not exactly strong physically, Cyrus tends to rely more on his agility to keep him alive in Lyoko, and the help of Charrlotte, his trusty scythe.
Vehicle: Cyrus borrows the Overbike from time to time, but relies more on his Rift ability to get around long distances (explained below).
Lyoko Power: Cy's powers are two simple but effective abilities. His first is his Faze& ability, which allows him to go intangible for 10 seconds, while his scythe remains fully tangible. This allows him to be fully offensive and simply ignore laser fire for a short time, while Charllotte does the rest of the dirty work. This power however takes a full minute to recharge. His second is an ability called Rift, in which he uses his scythe to rip a hole in Lyoko's programming in order to bring two points in lyoko together for a quick one way jump.

Likes: Cooking, pranks, a good joke, dramatics, a good red wine, a good game of chess, Pop, Rock, and Techno music, flirting, and meatloaf day
Dislikes: XANA, being devirtualized, Odd stealing his meatballs on meatball day, his step-mother, people making fun of his mother/father, Math(specifically fractions).
Goal/Dream: One day Cyrus hopes to open up his own restaurant, and every night he'll leave a table open where his friends and family can eat for free.
Strengths: Cyrus uses tactics and precision when it comes to fighting, while he may not be a genius, he's quick, and knows how to gain the upper hand in a situation.
Weaknesses: Arrogance is one of Cy's greatest faults, and makes him feel slightly hypocritical since he enjoys saying: "Just because you succeeded once, doesn't mean you'll succeed again." While he might be arrogant he's even cockier, and tends to over do it when it comes to taunting.

History: Cyrus doesn't talk much about his past much, or much about himself at all. The truth is Cyrus was born into a very wealthy family. His mother however died when he was eight, and it wasn’t long after that, that his father remarried to another woman who, she herself, had already had her own child, whom she showered with affection, while trying to change Cyrus, turning him into another “ perfect little boy” and soon realizing he didn’t want to change, resolved to verbal and psychological abuse. After his father died when he was thirteen, his step-mother inherited the family fortune until Cyrus would be old enough to tend to affairs when he turned eighteen. She, however, seemed to care little for Cyrus and only tolerated him after that. Cyrus wasn’t going to wait for that day though and instead ran from home in an attempt to escape his step-mother, he resolved to a last ditch effort to leave her with nothing, since the only thing allowing her to keep any of the money was the fact that she was taking care of Cyrus.

For the next few years Cyrus roamed around moving from school to school to keep his step-mother away from him and find a place to just be accepted, never really staying at any school for more then two months. Cyrus discovered Kadic two years into his vagrancy, while checking the lay of the land he met Izz Delamater. Not long after their encounter, he was introduced to the group, where his entire adventure would begin.

Personality: Cyrus on his own is a troublemaker, prankster, and all around goofball, though he’s a bit closed off when it comes to talking about himself. He has a rather sophisticated taste when it comes to certain things, but he’s not beyond devouring the cafeteria meatloaf or challenging Odd in a food-eating contest. Now an orphan he sees’ the group more as his replacement family then as friends. Fiery spirited, and a little dark in some senses, he does have a bit of an evil streak. Cyrus thinks best on his feet, and has a quick sharp wit, not to mention a sharp tongue. There are times, though, when even logic eludes him and he charges in guns blazing, but you’ll never find a more devoted and trustworthy friend.

How They Got into Lyoko: Cyrus introduction to Lyoko was his own doing, and a matter of chance. His first encounter with the group was with only Odd, Izz, and Jeremie, as Yumi was apparently gone on a trip with her family, and Ulrich was in the infirmary with the flu. Izz [link] introduced him to the two remaining members, Odd and Jeremie at lunch, where Cyrus made quick work of becoming friends with Odd, while Jeremie seemed to be a bit more wary of him. At one point Jeremie had left the table to investigate something. After a while Izz and Odd got up to go see where their friend had gotten off to, inviting Cyrus along with them. When they got a call from Jeremie, they split however, leaving Cy.

Never one to really believe in regretting a decision, not to mention curiosity about his new friends suddenly ditching him, Cyrus decided to follow them. It wasn’t long after that that they led him right to the factory. Daring as ever Cyrus followed them right over the edge, grabbing the ropes tightly and swinging his way onto the ground, rolling under the doors before the elevator started down. Confused at his sudden appearance, and a little miffed. Being as short manned as they were, Cyrus was allowed a chance to enter Lyoko, but the decision was never regretted. He’s proved to be a trustworthy comrade with only his friends in mind with all of his actions...well...most of the time anyways.

Personal Thoughts: Whoa wait….there are others? Cool…and we’re going to have a battle royale to decide who gets to stay and who gets kicked…hmm. Well, I’m excited to be able to fight, but I’m scared to lose, I don’t wanna lose my friends. The adventures we’ve shared, the battles we’ve fought to save the world time and time again. They’d all be hard things to lose, and even harder still to forget everything? If it’s just the memories I lose, and not their friendship if I lose, I won’t feel too bad, but that doesn’t mean I’m gonna go any easier on any of you. I’ll fight for every one of my memories with all my heart. Bring it on kids. I’ll give you the fight of your life.
