Based from manga chapter 266, on the little question What would Orochimaru look like as a Hitokugutsu?. All I can say is, he'll be very creepy.

Hmm. Madalang kitang makitang gumagawa ng pure-ink work ah. Ang kagandahan nito match ang medium sa feel na gusto mong iconvey - very dark (syempre black kaya dark, naku naman! XD) and intense.
Baka naman kaya malaki yung puppet e hindi lang si Orochimaru ang laman nyan. Baka pati yung ibang Sannin...? Hehe.

I was actually planning to use a very similar concept in a Naruto fanfic of mine in which in the far future a puppet user in the chuunin exam has a master move similar to Edo Tensei but he summons someones dead spirit and embues it in a puppet, then uses it to attack
it still has chakra and all that good stuff but he can only use it once in a VERY long while
and of course being a puppet has its disadvantages unless you're orochimaru and can steal someones mind
