Colored sketch commission for

Requested were her characters Lynette Elle Lasiere and Ice Xue Drau.

Lulu (assassin) and Ice (a winter ice demon) have a difficult relationship long before Sheu is involved. Ice saves her life (the scar on her neck) and slowly falls in love with her. He loves modern society and acts like a human with his attitude and attire. Lulu wants to hate him as she kills his kind (demons) but finds in him a best friend over time and as his feeling blossom she becomes uncomfortable as she does not return the feelings of love, only a powerful friendship.

Ice trying to portray his love? An awkward kissing scene? It is up to you!
What should be happening on the picture? It is up to your interpretation of the characters!

I suggested to have Lulu coming out from a shower and thats where its a bit more intimate or overpowering emotion-wise for Ice and he decided to break the... ice. But it doesn't go that well - as it was requested from the commissioner.

I went with a cool pallet, given Ice's colors and portrayed Lulu almost only with one brown - to keep the warm touch and show the difference in their origin.
The background is much more visible in original, but the scanner didn't pick up the pale gray/blue unfortunately.

I love drawing for Sakura. Same as for Etzwane I have made several pictures for her and we grew to mutual understanding, which helps the teamwork a lot.
