Requested was her character Mihai.

Mihai is the big brother of the 3 siblings Ana-Marin-Mihai.
He’s a wealthy goldsmith with a calm and very professional temper, always clean, well-dressed, soft and with gentle manners. Marin and him are often rivals (but in a funny way), as Mihai is quite a serious guy who wants a risk-free life for everyone around him.

But the fact is, he’s not serious by « choice ». When their mother died they were all kids, and Mihai had to help his father with the family tasks. He had to grow up very fast and take big responsibilities,a and he really suffers to be seen as the black bird, or the « boring guy », because he’s very down-to-Earth. He has a very tough role and he’s often the voice of wisdom against his siblings crazy ideas.

This commission was fifth test run - graphite sketch - following basic character details. Result is portrait.

what I learned during making: trying to draw as fast and clean as possible without any pre-sketching
