Finally I get to post this colored version. Ink version here: [link] I am quite satisfied how it came out - you know I have now super galactic powers scanner... (still cant believe it!) and the new are has begun!
This is Ofelia, my own character from my own story called "Empty Cocoon".

I used also golden gel pen, but its not visible on the scan only in life.

A pity- I'd like to know Ofelia's backstory. Was she a cancer survivor, specifically, breast cancer? A torture victim, like Saint Agatha?

No, she had no cancer. Her husband ordered to have her breasts removed. I am not sure if she is a torture victim though - its complicated to explain. I appreciate the interest.

She looks gorgeous, even though she lost her feminine attributes. 
I really looove the fabric effect you did using the salt! It makes a gorgeous and interesting effect, and it isn't overused... it's just perfect! I also love the blue tones for the shades. They are perfectly placed, making the result pretty realistic. |D And I too love the details of her jewels. In the end, I like also very much the background. Coloured pencils make also an interesting texture and I like the fact it's all blue. It makes Ofelia sticking out of the scene... It's pretty nice. |D

Oh wow, I love the colors you chose! Totally brings your line art It's like a mix between the fashion around King Henry's time (Victorian?) and some Arabian belly dancer wear. Very cool.

Oh yes - I really love such collars and headdresses. And arabian gowns.
In her story the clothes do fit into the Henry time - the public clothes. The clothes she wears here are in her private quarters (the tower she is locked in).
