Description I do not know if one can send to this contest more pieces, but atleast I post it here for now.

Made for contest for #The-Labyrinth-Club

CONTEST EXPLANATION:

Sarah and Jareth Switch Places

Jareth runs a labyrinth watched over by the Goblin Queen, Sarah.

Tools: centropen roller, faber castel color pencils

Another take on the Goblin Queen. This time classy traditional in very known suit of Jareth.
Making appearance in the maze, maybe suddenly emerging from ivy-walls... to what? Make a delicious offer, or to laugh...?

just take a pen or such roller and draw...if possible quickly. And if you want to draw with ink, get a ink and inkpen...stick the inkpen into ink...and START there is no other way.

Gosh, dang it! I can so-o-o-o-o totally relate to this Goblin Queen's issue with her pendant! I just have to have a little 'girl talk' with her!

My only two issue with this lovely piece is that it looks too much like a feminine Jareth (as if Jareth was all that masculine--apart from the waist down, which is very masculine!) what with the blonde hair and ... methinks her pants maybe a bit more revealing than they should be, but for the wrong gender. Have you ever heard of 'ants so tight that you could lip-read?' Okay, I'm assuming that is the effect that you want, but she isn't showing any lip.

I do know the effect, but I didnΒ΄t want to make her like that. I had to put her into that outfit to see how it would look like. There are manly women around, juts not everyone likes them...(I do not know why actually)

Also I think people are too attached to Jareth and cannot transform this idea into their heads...I do not blame them XD

Nice adaption of the traditional GK look. And, as others have noticed, much love for the little detail of the pendant not quite, um, resting the same way it does on His Majesty.

Well, I rtryed to make the pendant "rest" on her chest...but it just looked strange...and to tell the trust, why not make her selfsure. "Dare to take the pendant from here?"...hm, and actually she must have some part catching eyes...Jareth had crotch, she has ehm..pendant...

Very good point on the eye-catching distraction technique.

I bet that instead of the Hoggle clinging to her leg/OMG crotch shot!! scene in the tunnels, in the Goblin Queen Sarah version of the movie she bends down over him...

Hmm, this is really nicely done, but as Brunette said, it looks more like a female Jareth. (Which is quite fine, in itself!)
I just think as a Goblin Queen Sarah should have her own particular characteristics while keeping in the style of a Goblin Queen. For such a theme, I prefer the first (dark-haired Sarah). ^^

I really like this one as well though! The colors are beautiful as always, and the dress particularly exhibits texture.

actually I did one Sarah in her own stuff, but it is in scraps..its really horrible draft, but I think the clothing is ok.
