Description
Finally I drew Persephone and Hades (or Prosperina and Pluto, if you like it more). I find it interesting how attractive this pair is - the theme of abduction, life and death etc.Oh, yes, lets not forget the uncle and niece thingie.
I like to interpret their relationship in a way, where she enjoys his attention and is receptive towards it. Hades is said to be the oldest of the Kronos children and is portrayed in classic art as an old man. He is also "shape-shifter of himself and others" - thus I allowed myself the liberty of making him look quite young (the effect of her presence and vitality).
This is a detail.
what I learned during making: I should reinvest time into mythology... I forgot many things.

Your works have so much emotion, and I love this one. Especially with the subject matter of the two that you chose, you put your own spin on them, and you made them beautiful and emotional. I think it's lovely to imagine that despite circumstances they were able to find comfort and solace in each other (that's how I like to think of the pair of them in any case).
