This is really a very damn lovely classic drawing of Tails. Instentaly threw me back to the ending of Sonic 3. Never cared much for Sonic, have always been a fox guy and Tails stated my infinite nerdiness about them. And still remains being one of my favorites.

I felt very relieved, when afterall he did appear in the Sonic movie. Though I think they went a little too far with the fluff there. I prefer the rather smooth style..... like in your picture.
