Description
While I was inking the Equestrian Guards I was working on, I decided to do a color test with good ol' Iron Hoof.I'm still a little new at this style, so tell me what you think. ^_^

Hah! Very good! I owe a Catachan Force and was looking around the gallery then I saw this drawing. Wow! This pony looks like Colonel "Iron Hand" Straken but in pony form! Missing his plasma pistol and the land shark skull that bit his leg off but overall a great colored drawing!

Fallout (the original) has a character who is a mutant with a red cybernetic eye. He works for the "Master" an enigmatic figure bent on forcing all viable people into a forced "evolution" into mutants themselves.
anyway In Fallout Equestria Red Eye is the name of the charismatic leader of the slaver empire centered in Fillydelphia (this part of the story is modeled after "The Pitt" DLC set in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania).

Gorgeous artwork, I particularly like his landshark cutie mark. Though that begs the question whether he had the mark before or after the miral landshark tore his limb of? That would be a...strange talent for a young colt to discover, I guess.
Anyway, it might be interesting to see how his foul motor-mouth would translate into MLP.

I have two possible scenarios for his cutie mark:-
1) As a colt, he fought off a land shark and earned his cutie mark, which was a premonition of his future and brutal encounter with the one that'd change his life forever.
2) He had another cutie mark when he was a young colt, but the traumatic encounter with the land shark changed his life so much, his cutie mark was changed forever.
