well i use 3ds max and photoshop, there are many tutorials on dA if u want to know more, check out ^taenaron 's tutorial collection
and btw i dont think they look real

thanks maybe i should have uploaded it with 1000x1000, but whatever i like grain too those totally non grainy rings are not my taste to do sort of
