this is a VERY early version of undyne, undyne is NOT the royal judge, nor the assistant.
i'm still working on her character and this story overall, so except some plot holes that still need to be filled.
(there's no background because i wasn't really sure what to do for it, because i'm still not even sure if she's going to be in judgement hall-)
