Blurry picture. Anyways, these were very easy to paint and I have many great ideas about that silver varnish.Would someone who knows better tell me what is the difference between nail varnish and nail lacquer, if there is one? I'm still discovering some bits of vocabulary about nail art and I can't understand why there are two words for the latter.
