I just read The Secret History of the footclan. And I gotta say, it was by far the best read in the new TMNT take I've read thus far! They're all good but this one sure was special. Loved the art style! Wish every issue were done by you man!
Totally nailed the characters too, I laughed several times just becuase it's was so purely spot on!
Keep it up man, TMNT looks better than every with you take on things!

Stupid question, but how hard is it to do the story script and art? And how long does it take you?

Well, I guess you can say that it takes almost double the time than working only with art.
But in the other hand I was (and I'm still am) drawing things I already have imagined and this makes everything easier in a way.
I've been preparing the story for almost a year, working on it in parallel with other projects. The actual script and art work, including covers and character designs, started around three to four months ago and I'm drawing issue 3 at the moment. AND I'm lucky to have the very talented Erik Burnham to help with co-scripting.
