This is a really tough looking character. I like that you tried the lightning in the background too. The highlights along her back from the lightning I think is your best addition to this!
There are a couple of anatomy problems but nothing that can't be improved upon with practice. The breasts can stay that size, but the cleavage in between doesn't work for that size. I'm not a guy that needs every character with big boobs, I'm only saying that you went with smaller size from the profile/silhouette in the breast on the left but with a bigger size set of cleavage, so it doesn't quite fit. Also the legs kind of disappear into the belt and her crotch should start a little below. Again, I'm not looking for a crotch-shot, this is purely from an anatomical point of view.
My best advice is to try to draw from real life for practice. It doesn't have to be super shaded or anything, just outlines. That is the single most valuable thing any artist can do to help improve their skills is to know how things look from real life so that when you make cartoons and stuff, you will know how to skew proportions in a way that still make sense.
Great work still! Keep up the good work and always keep drawing!

Well drawing from real life doesn't mean only drawing from nude models or something like that. You can look up cosplayers on Google. Or you to get certain poses, you can search for different movie characters from movies. The main thing is just drawing from real life in any way. Doesn't have to be models or still life in an Art studio. Draw from things in real life you love and it will make it enjoyable and a real learning experience.

well, i dont draw from nude models. I do look up cosplayers or pose reference, but it's often hard to find poses I like. (Im picky xP). I do observe from real life to make my drawings have a sense of realism but also a bit of anime style in it ^^
I try to draw from real life though xP

Keep up the good work! However you do it, you'll always get better as long as you practice. I have to tell myself that a lot too.
