It's very nice, but I'm a little confused about something. It looks like all the fingers on her right hand are in front of the shaft, and that they're open. A rod wouldn't normally stay in a person's hand that way.
That weapon reminds me of old-time microphones, like from the 1920's and 1930's.

Well, she's supposed to be holding it mainly with the hand that's hidden. The shaft is just lightly resting between her right hand. Hands are so confusing OTL
