Bio:

Moraine is a sea sorceress that focuses on the study of chaos and, basically, all things occult. She first encountered chaos, as a teen, when she accidentally warped a fish, basically causing to get twisted and bent out of shape while hunting for food. Since then, she's started discovering more spells, for example, causing her tentacles to grow longer, or even be able to see beyond reality, for example, allowing herself to see beyond illusions, or even ghosts and whatnot. Thanks to her ability and connection with Chaos, she is able to discover the true power of chaos, using each cards beyond simple fortune telling.

She later discovered that she is a descendant of an ancient merfolk cabal that devoted their life to the studies of chaos, occult, and worshipped Eris, Goddess of Chaos. She is devoted to rediscovering these ancient practice and one day hope to spread these teachings.

While she does live in the greater part of Taisei kingdom, she does keep herself and living area hidden, so that only certain people can find her.. in other words, people could find her only if she wants to be found.

One of her biggest source of annoyance is people asking her if chaos is evil, and she'll likely go on a long winded rant on how chaos is never meant to be evil, but meant to be beneficial to life overall, and that life wouldn't exist without chaos.
