your eye treatment here is really nice. the eye white in most of your other renders is very white, almost too bright, like painted in 2D post but the eyes in this pict I would say are your best yet. A little shadow, grey, AO texture baking is a great way to go. thinking of going vray myself but I'm not liking the vray eyes in most of the renders on this site but this pict stands out.
