ah, you are talking about details, and not about actual seams, casue there are a lot of seams in the shirt, you just dont see them.. but i understand, and you are right.. the shirt could use some more details.. but this is just a first try doing a shirt in marvelous deisgner

well, md is a cloth simulator.. so it calculates cloth.. i guess you could make a stiff cloth and try to shape it into a boot, but its probably not the handiest way to do it

OK, no peek-a -boo button gap-where's the fun in that? I was prepared to chastise you for a lack of "darts" at her bust line, but then I noted this was supposed to be a knit garment. In on of my several dozen lifetimes, Β I used to sew. I actually know the difference between a set in sleeves, a raglan sleeves, Β and a dolman sleeves (a combination of both). I have bee told that raglan sleeve allow easier movement than set in sleeves, but also tended to make well endowed women look even more endowed, so the Β compromise was set in sleeve in cut at the front, diagonal cut at te back, and voila, the dolman was created. I'll go stand in the corner now.

hehe.. you know about darts, huh ?! actually, there are a lot of darts going on.. i had to cheat a bit with them and i think there a bit more then i actually need.. there are even four that goes from the shoulder to her boob and form the boobs down to the ribcage.. but they are barely visible.. the program does a really good job at sticking cloth together without seeing any seams at all.. the only thing that makes the seams visible is if the textures on the mesh dont match up.. like you can see between the sleeve and chest.. its going to take some time to get a good feeling on how to achieve better realism with this program but i really love it already

So do I. Β I used to modify men's shirts to fit women better, frankly becuse I sewed better than the (my mother was a seamstress)
Over the years I learned to make an average women look buxom and a buxom one look more balanced.
I did get to see some boobs up close and personal. he-he.Β
Of course this was probably before you were born.Β
I believeΒ one side dart and two under darts would be close, one under dart pointing to her nipple the other toward the inner edge of her boob.Β
I know it is tough to arrive at the proper number and position, I have spent many hours pinning up darts, Β hand-stitch basting them, only to have to pull them apart and do it over before getting the darts right.Β
