Well, I didn't fix the stars too well...so I'm going to have to live with it just like GT has to. ;A; Sorry. And I tried to even out Jins hood with the fence...but I'm sure that's not any better either. *sigh* Sorry it sucks guys.

Right, so right now, the first figure and the fence are too close in hue, and therefore loose the effect of the bunny hood... The values between the grey and the green right behind him are also looking too similar.
I think the main focus of this picture right now are all the warm colors because they are bright. My eyes snap right to them. Maybe if you brought this warm color into one of the figures... Maybe the one off to the right seeing as how he is the most interesting one with the clock on his back and mustache. I think a light brown or a thin layer of yellow would help to bring forward that character a bit more.
Overall, I think it's a good picture. Just needs a bit of a muted color here and there and you'll be in business.
