look at this! I decided to finally start posting my next gen :'D
some of my ships aren't finished yet, so I figured I'd start with these guys. I'm not really up to date with the MLP fandom, so idk if all the Discord stuff is even...possible? but oh well. This is the first time I've worked on my NG characters, so forgive me if it's messy.

Princess Penumbra
Celesta x Discord

Penumbra kinda...chooses who to be nice to and who to not. As Celestia's daughter, she's very esteemed by the public, and she's just sick of the attention and pretending to care. She's always respectful, but deep down she'd rather be doing something else. She can sometimes come off as your typical bratty princess. She's hard to read, and pretty selective with who she hangs out with. But despite all this, she's really friendly to whom she chooses, which is a shock to everyone.

I haven't thought much about a special talent till now...Maybe astronomy? Probably something spacy like that.

Jericho
Discord x Unknown
Jericho is really timid. He rarely speaks, unless to be polite or to stop his sister (Cattywampus) from doing something crazy. Because of how laid back he is, he worries that he disappointed Discord for not being as hectic as he hoped. This birthed a lot of insecurities, but he tries not to show it. He's rarely seen without Cat and feels most comfortable with her. He hasn't quite figured out the whole "social" thing and doesn't have much of an interest in it. Not because he's edgy, but more because he's grown up with just Discord and Catty, and he doesn't quite get why he needs more than that.

He's also a head taller than average height, but I forgot, so let's just pretend he is here.

Cattywampus
Daughter of Discord
Unlike her brother, Cattywampus (sometimes referred to as Cat or Catty) is a huge ball of chaos, but she can't hurt a fly. She uses all her powers for her own amusement. Cat was never a filly since Discord created her in a young-adult body, but her maturity level is probably the same as a child. She lacks proper social skills, so in front of others she seems "off." She wants to learn how other ponies act, and may come across as annoying while doing it, but she always means well. When she's alone she likes to play with her powers, like have a chocolate rain thunderstorm in her room or make movies with moss and bark that she brought to life. She truly doesn't understand why other ponies don't like her lawless nature, and it sometimes hurts her as to why other ponies don't like her. But she's learning.

Also, her wings are supposed to be really small, but aye, I forgot that too and didn't wanna change the base. >< She can't fly with her wings, but instead uses her magic to kinda...float around all the time.

Some backstory on Discord's kids.
Years ago, before Discord was turned to stone by Celestia and Luna, he "created" his two kids. He wanted them so if anything happened to him, there would be some pony to carry on making chaos, and/or use their magic to bring Discord back from whatever had happened to him. No one knows for sure, but it's rumored that one has a mother, while the other was made with Discord's magic. Discord wanted both his kids to look like ponies, so they could fit in if they needed to. The two were kept a secret till Discord married Queen Celestia, but they didn't start living among other ponies till recent years.
