Valentine's Day is coming up! What better way to celebrate than to draw some lovely lion couples?

Here are my two of my older (circa 2013) OC's, Ajabu and Kualei, rulers of the Jungle.
They have a somewhat one sided relationship; Kualei being absolutely smitten with his queen, and she being more interested in the leadership of the kingdom, moreso, the conquering of it, while he is none the wiser. Ajabu is a cruel dictator, using fear and war to slowly claim the entire Jungle territory to herself. Kualei is quite literally blind to it all, cherishing the rare attentions she gives him, and living happily in the spoils of their riches. They never have a cub together, since Ajabu has other interests.. him not being one of them.

More history to come, someday! I'm super tired and rushing this small summary, but I'll be illustrating & writing about them more (and better) in the future.
